How it works
Drag across patches → live preview (stroke, axis, centers, stops) → release to apply. Then tweak axis/stops.
Stops: by projecting each patch center onto the axis, so “color points” sit where the patches are.
Hold width: creates tiny flat regions around each center to keep endpoint colors more intact.
